With a market capitalization of Rs. 8,204.65 crore, the shares of Sharda Cropchem Limited closed at Rs. 909.40 per equity share, rising nearly 0.39 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 905.85.

In the Shareholding Pattern of June 2026, Sharda Cropchem Limited had a majority stake held by the promoters at 74.82 percent, foreign institutional investors at 3.12 percent, domestic institutional investors at 9.18 percent, and the public at 12.88 percent.

In this quarter, Ace Investor Dolly Khanna exited her stake in Sharda Cropchem Limited, reducing her holding from 1.09 percent (9.82 lakh shares) in March 2026 to below 1 percent by June 2026.

Sharda Cropchem Limited is an Indian agrochemical company focused on the global marketing and distribution of generic crop protection products and related chemicals. Coming into financial highlights, Sharda Cropchem Limited’s revenue has increased from Rs. 1,829 crore in Q4 FY25 to Rs. 2,065 crore in Q4 FY26, which has grown by 12.90 percent. The net profit has also grown by 56.37 percent from Rs. 204 crore in Q4 FY25 to Rs. 319 crore in Q4 FY26.
