Artefact Projects Ltd. is an Indian public infrastructure consultancy firm, established in 1987, offering engineering, architecture, and project management from concept to commissioning for highways, urban development, airports, and railways, known for its core strength in roads, global collaborations, and focus on fair governance, handling diverse aspects like design, supervision, and financial advisory.

Artefact Projects Limited has been awarded a consultancy contract by the Ministry of Roads, Transport, and Highways for supervising the upgradation of two sections of NH-343 in Chhattisgarh (Package-I: Raipuri Khurd to Padif Village, km 7.830–57.650; Package-III: Badki Mahri to Ramanuigani, km 80.600–110.330) on EPC mode, in association with KCS Engineering Pvt. Ltd. 

The project duration is 84 months, and the contracted fee is Rs. 5.96 crore (excluding GST). The company has no promoter interest in the awarding entity, and the contract is not a related-party transaction.

Precision Electronics Ltd

Precision Electronics Ltd (PEL) is an Indian hi-tech manufacturer, established in 1979, specializing in telecom, defense, and critical infrastructure solutions, known for tactical masts, C4I2SR systems, military communication, electronic warfare, and E-mobility components, serving sectors from Defense to Automotive with precision engineering and turnkey project services. 

The company has received a domestic defence-sector order from a private entity, reinforcing its presence in high-precision manufacturing. Valued at around Rs. 2.16 crore, the contract involves supplying machined parts for defence equipment as per customer specifications. The order will be executed within the current financial year, supporting near-term revenue visibility and diversification into strategic defence applications.

United Heat Transfer Limited 

United Heat Transfer Limited (UHTL) is an Indian manufacturer established in 1995, specializing in designing and producing critical heat transfer and process equipment like Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Pressure Vessels, and Process Skids for global industries like automotive, marine, oil & gas, and power. 

United Heat Transfer Limited (UHTL) has received a domestic purchase order from Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited for the manufacturing and supply of a Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. The order is valued at approximately Rs. 31.80 lakh (excluding taxes) and will be executed at UHTL’s domestic plant, with delivery scheduled by 10 February 2026.

Atishay Ltd

Atishay Ltd is an Indian IT company specializing in e-Governance, IT solutions, Software, and Fintech, providing customized digital platforms for government projects (like Aadhaar enrollment, e-Mitra) and retail services (payments, mobile recharge).

Atishay Limited has received a significant work order from the State Health Agency under Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, for printing and delivering PVC Ayushman Cards across 25 districts in Uttar Pradesh. The contract, valued at Rs. 4.86 crore (inclusive of GST), is to be completed within 180 days. 

The cards will be delivered to designated Medical Officers at the Block Community Health Centres, following National Health Authority guidelines. This follows similar contracts in Odisha, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra, reinforcing Atishay’s credibility and operational excellence in government welfare initiatives.

Atmastco Limited

Atmastco Limited, established in 1994 in Chhattisgarh, India, is a multidisciplinary engineering company specializing in design, fabrication, manufacturing, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) for heavy steel structures and precision equipment for sectors like Steel, Power, Railway, Cement, and Infrastructure, aiming to be a self-reliant leader in steel solutions with quality focus and certified operations.

Atmastco Limited has received a purchase order from SRC Company Infra (P) Ltd. for the manufacture of a road over bridge for Vedanta Jharsuguda. The order is domestic, one-time, and time-bound, to be completed within four months as per RDSO drawings, with a contract value of approximately Rs. 12.76 Crores.
