Auto ancillary stock jumps 4% after securing ₹60 Cr order for supply of gear shifters

Synopsis: A 60 crore Gear Shifter order made a microcap stock jump by more than 4 percent. This auto ancillary company’s list of clients include Lamborghini, Jaguar, Aston Martin and Maserati, and has its 3 year profit CAGR of 44 percent.

A microcap stock was in the spotlight where the company is in the business of manufacturing auto components, as the company bagged a Gear Shifter order worth Rs 60 Crore from a leading Commercial Vehicle OEM. With a market cap of Rs 438 Cr, Remsons Industries Ltd saw its stock hit an intraday high of Rs 126 which is 5 percent higher than the previous close of Rs 120.

On Friday, Remsons Industries Limited announced that the company has secured a new business order from a leading Indian commercial vehicle OEM, strengthening its presence in the commercial vehicle components segment. 

The company has received an order worth Rs 60 crore for the supply of gear shifters along with push-pull cables. The five-year contract spans across 60 months, and has been awarded by a domestic customer. The company stated that the supplies are scheduled to begin from Q1 FY27, this announcement has provided revenue visibility and long-term growth prospects for the auto ancillary company.

Previously Remsons also stated that the company received one of their largest orders from Stellantis(brands such as Maserati, Jeep, and Fiat come under it),  that was worth Rs 300 Crore which is scheduled to be completed in 7 years of time. 

Another order to mention is its subsidiary Bee Lighting’s Rs. 12 Cr order from a Global Multinational OEM. The company got its 51 percent stake in Bee Lighting for 3 million GBP which is a  UK based automotive lighting company with a client list including Lamborghini, Jaguar, Ford and Aston Martin.

In the latest quarter Remsons saw a YoY revenue growth of 26 percent, going from Rs 91 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 115 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ went up by 16 percent from Rs 99 Cr in Q1FY26. The YoY Net Profits growth is at 113 percent, going from Rs 3 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 6.4 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ growth stood at 33 percent from Rs 4.8 Cr in Q1FY26.

Moreover, The company has its 3 year profit CAGR at 44 percent, and also saw its stock give a compounded return of 39 percent in the last 5 years, while the same number for 3 years stood at 36 percent.
