Belrise Share: How EV, Aerospace, and Premium Product Expansion Can Be Its Growth Drivers

Synopsis: Belrise is expanding beyond traditional auto components through EV orders, aerospace entry, premium products and new facilities, while reporting steady FY26 growth across revenue, profitability and global operations.  

The shares of this small cap company majorly engaged in the business of Automotive Sheet Metal &  casting parts, Polymer components, Suspension, mirror systems for automotives and many more were in focus after the company posted Q4 FY26 results. 

With the market capitalization of Rs. 18,763 Crores, the shares of Belrise Industries Ltd were trading at around Rs. 211 per share which is 8 percent discount from its 52-week high of Rs. 229 per share and is trading at a P/E of 39 whereas industry P/E stands at 27.4  

Q4 FY26 Results: 

Year on Year analysis: Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 2,274 Crores to Rs. 2,553 Crores, up 12 percent. Operating profit has increased from Rs. 276 Crores to Rs. 290 Crores, up 5 percent and net profit has increased from Rs. 110 crores to Rs. 130 Crores, up 18 percent. 

Quarter on Quarter analysis: Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 2,341 crores to Rs. 2,553 Crores, up 9 percent. Operating profit has increased from Rs. 287 Crores to Rs. 290 Crores, up 1 percent and net profit has increased from Rs. 122 Crores to Rs. 130 Crores, up 6.5 percent. 

Expanding Beyond Traditional Auto Components

Belrise is gradually moving beyond being only a two-wheeler auto component supplier. The company is increasing its presence in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, EVs, aerospace and defense. 4W Passenger vehicle revenue grew 71% in Q4 FY26, while 4W commercial vehicle revenue also recorded strong growth of 32 percent during the year. 

Entry into Aerospace and Defense

A major highlight for the company was its entry into aerospace and defence through the acquisition of UK-based Chester Hall and expansion into France. Through this business, Belrise has entered the supply chain of some of the world’s leading aircraft and aerospace companies. The company will manufacture aerostructures, aero-engine parts and satellite-related components, helping it diversify into a high-value engineering segment.

Focus on EV and Premium Products

Belrise continued to strengthen its EV business with new orders from electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers. The company also started development work for premium motorcycle platforms and expanded its premium product portfolio, including steering columns, suspensions, filtration systems and high-tensile products. This strategy is helping increase content per vehicle and improve customer relationships.

Capacity Expansion and New Facilities

The company is expanding manufacturing capacity through new facilities in Haridwar, Bangalore, Bhiwadi, Chennai and France. These facilities are aimed at supporting new customer orders, improving backward integration and strengthening exports and global operations. Belrise now operates across India, the UK and France with 24 manufacturing facilities 

Moving Towards System-Level Manufacturing

Belrise is also transitioning from a component supplier to a system supplier by increasing assembly capabilities and supplying complete systems to OEMs. This move is expected to improve value addition, deepen customer engagement and create long-term business opportunities

Belrise Industries Ltd delivered a strong FY26 performance backed by growth in core automotive business, rising EV opportunities and expansion into aerospace and defence. The company is also strengthening its presence in premium products, passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles while adding new manufacturing facilities across India and overseas. With improving profitability, lower debt and a focus on system-level manufacturing, Belrise is positioning itself for long-term diversified growth beyond traditional auto components.
