Shree Digvijay Cement Company
Shree Digvijay Cement is a well-established cement manufacturer with operations primarily in western India. Known for its coastal plant in Gujarat, the company focuses on blended cement products, leveraging efficient logistics and proximity to ports to serve regional infrastructure and construction demand.
With a market capitalization of Rs 1,331.12 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 90.02 per share, decreasing around 0.16 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
Promoter True North Fund VI LLP, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) managed by Indian private equity firm True North, offloaded 6.67 crore equity shares (equvalent to 45.12 percent equity) in Shree Digvijay Cement Company for Rs 578.5 crore on the BSE.
However, India Resurgence Fund – Scheme 1, India Resurgence Fund 2 – Scheme 4, and India Resurgence Fund 2 – Scheme 2, owned by sponsors Piramal Enterprises and Bain Capital Credit in a 50:50 joint venture, acquired all the shares sold by True North at a price of Rs 86.7 per share. As of September 2025, True North, as the sole promoter, held a 54.66 percent stake in Shree Digvijay Cement Company.
Ola Electric Mobility
Ola Electric Mobility is a electric vehicle player in India, focused on electric two-wheelers and EV technology. Backed by large-scale manufacturing at its Futurefactory, the company is building an integrated EV ecosystem covering vehicles, batteries, software, and charging infrastructure.
With a market capitalization of Rs 15,173.25 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 34.40 per share, increasing around 9.97 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
Founder and promoter Bhavish Aggarwal sold 2.83 crore shares of Ola Electric Mobility, representing a 0.64% stake, for ₹90.3 crore at ₹31.9 per share. Over the past three trading sessions, he has pared his holding by nearly 2.2%, with total stake sales aggregating to about ₹324 crore.
SG Finserve
SG Finserve is a financial services company engaged in lending and investment activities. The company focuses on providing financing solutions to businesses and individuals, with an emphasis on disciplined credit assessment, asset quality management, and steady portfolio growth across select segments.
With a market capitalization of Rs 2,293.37 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 410.30 per share, increasing around 0.82 percent as compared to the previous closing price.
Promoter S Gupta Holding picked up 3 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.53% stake, for ₹12.16 crore at ₹405.46 per share. This comes on top of the additional 0.84% stake acquired in the previous trading session.
