With the market capitalization of Rs. 3315 Crores, the shares of NRB Bearing Ltd reached an intraday high of Rs. 346 per share, rising nearly 6 percent from its previous day close of Rs. 326 per share and the company witnessed stake dilution by promoter-linked entity Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust 1, which sold 14.12 lakh shares at Rs. 329.97 per share through a bulk deal transaction valued at Rs 46.6 crore.

With the market capitalization of Rs. 233 crores, the shares of Novus Loyalty Ltd were trading at around Rs. 150 per share which is 23 percent discount from its 52 weeks high of Rs. 195 per share and the company recorded stake reduction by Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC – Touchstone through the sale of 96,000 equity shares at Rs. 156.68 per share amounting to Rs 1.5 crore.

With the market capitalization of Rs. 132 Crores, the shares of Value 360 Communications Ltd were trading at around Rs. 82 per share which is 5 percent discount from its 52 weeks high of Rs. 86.4 per share and the company saw Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC – Touchstone acquire 1.8 lakh shares (1.1 percent stake) worth Rs 1.41 crore, while Neo Apex Share Broking bought 4.04 lakh shares (2.5 percent stake) worth Rs 3.17 crore at Rs 78.4 per share. Nova Global’s holding now stands at 3.35 percent .
