In December 2025, KNR Constructions Limited had a majority stake held by the promoters at 48.81 percent, foreign institutional investors at 7.38 percent, domestic institutional investors at 20.02 percent, and the public at 23.79 percent.

ICICI Group has increased its stake in KNR Constructions Limited from 1.7 percent in September 2025 to a 4.3 percent stake in December 2025, an increase of 2.6 percent. This investment had a holding value of Rs. 185.1 crore and consisted of 1.21 crore shares.

KNR Constructions Limited is engaged in the engineering, procurement, and construction of infrastructure projects. Its services cover roads, highways, flyovers, bridges, irrigation, and urban water infrastructure management across India.

Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited

With a market capitalization of Rs. 29,021.82 crore, the shares of AWL Agri Business Limited were currently trading at Rs. 223.30 per equity share, down nearly 1.95 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 227.75. 

In December 2025, AWL Agri Business Limited had a majority stake held by the promoters at 56.94 percent, foreign institutional investors at 21.15 percent, domestic institutional investors at 9.28 percent, the public at 12.30 percent, and others at 0.34 percent.

ICICI Group has increased its stake in AWL Agri Business Limited from 2.1 percent in September 2025 to a 3.1 percent stake in December 2025, an increase of 1 percent. This investment had a holding value of Rs. 927.9 crore and consists of 4.05 crore shares.

AWL Agri Business Limited is engaged in the processing and distribution of edible oils, wheat flour, rice, pulses, and sugar. Its products serve households, HoReCa, institutional sectors, and exports to over 50 countries via extensive manufacturing and supply chain.

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited

With a market capitalization of Rs. 7,048.01 crore, the shares of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited were currently trading at Rs. 479.65 per equity share, down nearly 0.84 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 483.70. 

In December 2025, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited had a majority stake held by the promoters at 41.30 percent, foreign institutional investors at 12.13 percent, domestic institutional investors at 11.12 percent, and the public at 35.44 percent.

ICICI Group has increased its stake in Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited from 8.1 percent in September 2025 to an 8.4 percent stake in December 2025, an increase of 0.2 percent. This investment had a holding value of Rs. 599.9 crore and consisted of 1.23 crore shares.

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and industrial chemicals. Its products include urea, nitrophosphate, formic acid, acetic acid, methanol, and neem-based agri inputs for farmers.
