The shares of the cement manufacturer hit 10 percent lower circuit of Rs 5.20 apiece after Axis Securities offloaded 27.29 lakh shares in the company via Bulk.

With a market capitalization of Rs 161.53 crore, the shares of Kesoram Industries Ltd were trading at Rs 5.20 per share, decreasing around 9.57 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 5.75 apiece.

On 25 March 2025, Axis Securities sold 27.29 lakh shares in Kesoram at an average price of Rs 5.47 per share, which is valued at Rs 1.49 crore. As of March 2024, Axis Bank holds 1,277,77,10 equity shares, which is equivalent to 4.11 percent of the company.
Financial condition
Analyzing the company’s financial performance, revenue fell by 1.5 percent from Rs 66 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs 65 crore in Q3FY25, during the same time, net loss widened from Rs 49 crore to Rs 69 crore.
