Shares of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited (DSSL) surged up to 16.33% on 5 May, hitting a 52-week high of Rs 1,314.80 on the NSE, after the Mumbai-based IT firm secured a Rs 750.82 crore order from the Reserve Bank of India for private cloud infrastructure services across the central bank’s data centres.
In an exchange filing dated 4 May, DSSL disclosed the award covers supply, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance and facilities management services for the RBI’s private cloud infrastructure.
Valued at Rs 750.82 crore, including GST, the project is to be executed over five years. The RBI is building a Greenfield Next Generation Data Centre (NGDC) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha — described in the filing as a ‘state-of-the-art, energy-efficient’ facility. The scope covers provisioning of servers, Unified Native Storage, SAN switches, physical racks and associated software licences, with the solution designed to enable future integration with the RBI’s AI cloud infrastructure.
Dynacons will handle end-to-end supply, design and implementation, along with integration into the RBI’s existing data centre ecosystem. Ongoing responsibilities include maintenance, vulnerability management, upgrades and continuous monitoring against defined service levels. The deal is notable in scale; the contract value represents roughly 50% of the company’s total market capitalisation, which stood just above Rs 1,657 crore after Tuesday’s surge.
At 10:09 am on NSE, shares were trading up by 16.33% at Rs 1,297.70. It’s trading at a fresh 52-week high today, with the previous 52-week low recorded at Rs 781.00 on 30 March 2026. Over one year, the stock has gained 22.79%, against the Nifty 50’s decline of 1.74% in the same period.
