The State Bank of India (SBI) Group, India’s largest public sector banking and financial services entity, offers a comprehensive range of services. With over 24,000 branches and 58,000 ATMs, SBI serves millions of customers globally, playing a pivotal role in India’s economic Development. As per the latest corporate shareholdings filed, SBI Group publicly holds 318 stocks with a net worth of over Rs. 905,056.1 Cr.

Here are the stocks in which SBI Group increased its stake in Q4FY25:

1. HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited is a mutual fund manager. The Company is in the business of providing asset management services to HDFC Mutual Fund and alternative investment funds, and portfolio management and advisory services to clients.

With a market capitalization of Rs 82,019.58 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 3,835.20 per share, decreasing around 0.06 percent as compared to the previous closing price. As of March 2025, the SBI Group, a leading domestic institutional investor, has increased its stake in the company by 49,63,518 equity shares, representing an additional 2.32% holding. With this increase, the SBI Group now holds a total of 10,486,877 equity shares, accounting for a 4.9% ownership in the company.

2. Savita Oil Technologies Ltd

Savita Oil Technologies Limited is an India-based specialty petroleum products company. The Company’s segments include Petroleum Products and Wind Power. The Petroleum Products segment includes transformer oils, white oils, mineral oils, liquid paraffins and lubricating oils, and others.

With a market capitalization of Rs 2,457.89 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 358.50 per share, decreasing around 1.24 percent as compared to the previous closing price. As of March 2025, the SBI Group has increased its stake in the company by 7,33,696 equity shares, representing an additional 1.07 percent holding. With this increase, the SBI Group now holds a total of 4,266,441 equity shares, accounting for a 6.22 percent ownership in the company.

3. Gail (India) Ltd

GAIL (India) Limited is an India-based natural gas processing and distribution company. The Company’s segments include Transmission Services, Natural Gas Marketing, Petrochemicals, LPG and Liquid Hydrocarbons, and Other. Its Transmission Services segment includes natural gas and liquid petroleum gas (LPG).

With a market capitalization of Rs 1.10 lakh crore, the shares were trading at Rs 168.75 per share, decreasing around 2.26 percent as compared to the previous closing price. As of March 2025, the SBI Group has increased its stake in the company by 5,29,73,244 equity shares, representing an additional 0.81 percent holding. With this increase, the SBI Group now holds a total of 257,562,589 equity shares, accounting for a 3.94 percent ownership in the company.

4. Granules India Ltd

Granules India Limited operates through its pharmaceutical products segment. Its geographical segments include those within India and those outside India. The Company has its presence across the pharmaceutical manufacturing value chain, including active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), pharmaceutical formulation intermediaries (PFIs), and finished dosages (FDs).

With a market capitalization of Rs 10,565.45 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 435.70 per share, decreasing around 2.01 percent as compared to the previous closing price. As of March 2025, the SBI Group has increased its stake in the company by 11,31,550 equity shares, representing an additional 0.5 percent holding. With this increase, the SBI Group now holds a total of 6,814,549 equity shares, accounting for a 2.81 percent ownership in the company.
