Post-match, Harmanpreet Kaur admitted that her team was far from their best, stating, "We didn’t play the way we should have today. Looking ahead, we need to focus on the areas that need improvement. Every game now is crucial, and we need to bring our A-game. We had our chances, but they outplayed us. On a stage like this, mistakes get costly. We’ve chased similar totals before, but on that wicket, 160 felt like 10-15 runs too many. At one point, I thought they'd score 180. This wasn't the start we wanted in the tournament."
