Shares of Info Edge (India) Limited fell 2.49% to Rs 1,006.95 on 9 April, after the company’s Q4 FY26 business update revealed standalone billings of Rs 1,057.1 crore, up by 7.45% year-on-year from Rs 983.8 crore, with geopolitical headwinds and transitional pressures across segments dragging on overall growth.
Naukri remained the primary driver. Recruitment solutions billings rose 9.5% year-on-year to Rs 810.7 crore. The internet classifieds firm disclosed that geopolitical tensions directly hit the Naukri Gulf business and spilt over into the Indian recruitment segment. Broadly in line with the full-year average of 10%, Q4 recruitment growth came against a high base of 18.4% recorded in Q4 FY25.
Segment performance was uneven across the board. Real estate platform 99Acres posted muted growth of 1.9% year-on-year to Rs 162.8 crore, with organisational changes in its sales team and process refinements causing a transitional drag on billings. Jeevansathi was the standout performer, climbing 20.9% to Rs 38.6 crore and sustaining full-year growth of 28.5%. Shiksha slipped 12.9% to Rs 45.1 crore as AI-driven search increasingly addressed user queries directly, reducing referral traffic to the platform.
For the full financial year FY26, standalone billings reached Rs 3,177.5 crore, up 10.3% year-on-year from Rs 2,881.7 crore in FY25. One quarter prior, Info Edge had reported a 23.11% jump in standalone net profit to Rs 246.45 crore in Q3 FY26, with revenue from operations growing 13.85% to Rs 764.55 crore.
At 12:05 pm, shares were down 2.49% at Rs 1,006.95 on the NSE. The stock has shed 21.33% over one year and touched a 52-week low of Rs 930.50 as recently as 17 March 2026.
