An infrastructure stock surged 5 percent after securing a Rs.408 crore contract from the Rajasthan Government for the 25-year operation and maintenance of 63 MW rooftop solar projects across multiple districts. During Monday’s trading session, shares of Teerth Gopicon Ltd jumped to an intraday peak of Rs.293.90 each, reflecting a 5 percent upper circuit from the prior closing price of Rs.279.95 per share.
Contract Specifications
Teerth Gopicon Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 14th March 2025 from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited for the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of Rooftop Solar (RTS) Photovoltaic Power Projects on state government buildings and state government undertaking buildings across Rajasthan.
The project, valued at Rs.408.53 crore, also includes comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) for 25 years from the commissioning date under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The following table outlines the details of the project, including cities and plant capacities:

Another Major Order
Teerth Gopicon Ltd has been awarded a contract by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited for the development of a 46.29 MW grid-connected solar power project under the KUSUM Scheme – Component A.
The contract includes the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar plants, along with operation and maintenance for 25 years from the Commercial Operation Date (COD), unless extended by mutual agreement. The scope also includes the installation of an associated 11 kV line to connect the plants to various 33/11 kV substations and a remote monitoring system (RMS).
The project must be completed within 9 months from the issuance of the Letter of Award, with operation and maintenance continuing for 25 years after COD. The contract is awarded by a domestic entity, and the total allocated capacity is 46.29 MW.
Earnings Report
According to its recent financial updates, Teerth Gopicon Ltd reported remarkable consolidated revenue of Rs.68 crores in H1 FY25, marking a 84 percent increase from Rs.37 crores in H1 FY24. In addition, the company saw a significant surge of 234 percent in net profit to Rs.10 crores, compared to Rs.3 crores in the same period last year.
