Synopsis: Mahindra Logistics Ltd’s shares jumped 15% after Q3 results, with revenue rising 19% YoY to ₹1,898 crore and net profit turning to ₹6.01 crore from a ₹7.26 crore loss a year ago.

The shares of a Small-cap company specialising in integrated third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain management, and enterprise mobility solutions, serving industries like automotive, e-commerce, and consumer goods, are in focus following their Q3 results as the company flips profitable.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 3,323.95 Crores on Wednesday, the shares of Mahindra Logistics Ltd jumped upto 15.2 percent, reaching a high of Rs. 338.85 compared to its previous close of Rs. 293.95.

What Happened

Mahindra Logistics Ltd, engaged in integrated third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain management, and enterprise mobility solutions, is in the spotlight today as it has announced its Q3 results as follows:

Its Revenue from operations rose by 19 percent YoY from Rs. 1,594 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 1,898 Crores in Q3FY26, and it rose by 12.6 percent QoQ from Rs. 1,685 Crores in Q2FY26 to Rs. 1,898 Crores in Q3FY26.

Its Net Profit YoY from a loss of  Rs. 7.26 Crores in Q3FY25 turned to a profit of Rs. 6.01 Crores in Q3FY26, and on a QoQ basis, from a loss of  Rs. 8.36 Crores in Q2FY26 it turned to a profit of Rs. 6.01 Crores in Q3FY26. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarterly period stood at Rs. 0.33, compared to negative Rs. 0.91  in the previous year’s quarter.

Mr Hemant Sikka – Managing Director and CEO stated: “ Q3 FY26 marks a defining inflection point for Mahindra Logistics. After 11 consecutive quarters of losses, we have returned to profitability, driven by stronger execution, disciplined cost management, and a focused growth strategy.

We have stabilized our leadership, aligned the organization, and rebuilt execution rigor on the ground. These efforts are translating into tangible operational improvements—both margin expansion and revenue growth. At the same time, we are making disciplined choices by exiting unviable relationships and selectively investing in high-return opportunities.

Revenue Segmentation & Others

Revenue from operations showed strong growth across key segments. The Supply Chain Management business rose from Rs. 1,517.30 crore in FY24 to Rs. 1,791.92 crore in FY25, while Enterprise Mobility Services increased from Rs. 78.09 crore to Rs. 110.65 crore over the same period.

Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL) is a premier Mumbai-based, asset-light third-party logistics (3PL) provider, part of the Mahindra Group. It specialises in supply chain management and enterprise mobility, serving over 400+ corporate customers across industries like e-commerce, auto, and consumer goods, utilising a network covering 19,000+ pin codes. 

As of Q3 FY26, the company handles around 12 crore packages annually and operates over 50,000 full truck trips each month. It has a workforce of 30,000+ and manages 4.1 million+ sq. ft. of space powered by renewable energy. 

The business drives over 47 million green kilometres per year with a 1,500+ EV fleet, maintains operations in 1,100+ locations, and collaborates with 1,500+ business associates.
