With a market cap of Rs. 18.6 crores, shares of Onelife Capital Advisors Limited hit a 10 percent upper circuit at Rs. 13.93 on BSE, compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 12.67. The stock has delivered negative returns of over 17 percent in one year, but has gained by around 4 percent in the last one month.

For Q2 FY26, the company reported a revenue from operations of Rs. 3.86 crores, reflecting an impressive rise of more than 354 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 0.85 crores in Q1 FY26, as well as a year-on-year increase of around 154 percent from Rs. 1.52 crores recorded in Q2 FY25.

During the same period, Onelife Capital recorded a net loss of Rs. 4.83 crores, reflecting a sharp sequential widening of losses by around 823 percent QoQ from Rs. 0.52 crore in Q1 FY26, though the YoY loss narrowed by nearly 29 percent compared to a net loss of Rs. 6.8 crore in Q2 FY25.

Onelife Capital Advisors Limited is engaged in the business of advisory services, commodity broking, trading services and other related ancillary services, and earns interest on such financing arrangements.

The company raised Rs. 36.85 crore through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) held between September and October 2011, by issuing 33,50,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 110 per share under the book-building process. The public issue was oversubscribed 1.51 times, with participation led by Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) at 2.32 times, followed by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at 1.02 times, and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) at 0.93 times.
