The company engaged in the Metal & Mining and Renewable Energy sector is in focus after it jumped up to 13 percent following its Q3 results with robust net profit growth.
Share Price Movement
With a market capitalization of Rs.131 Crore, the stock of INDSIL hydropower and manganese opened at Rs. 45.10 up 1.96 percent from yesterday’s closing price. The stock made a high of Rs 50 which is 13 percent up from the previous close. Later the stock closed at Rs. 47.23 up 6.78 percent
Q3FY25 Results
The company reported a 69.58 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs. 20.19 Crore in Q3FY24 to Rs.34.24 Crore in Q2FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 29.79 percent in revenue from Rs. 26.38 Crore in the previous quarter.
Their Net profit saw an impressive increase of 260 percent YoY from Rs. 0.75 Crore to Rs. 2.70 Crore for the same period. On a QoQ, basis their net profits saw a marginal decrease of 0.35 percent from Rs. 2.80 Crore for the same period.
Segment Analysis
The largest share of the revenue for the company comes from the Ferro Alloys segment which accounts for 86 percent of total revenue then comes the Power segment, which accounts for the other 14 percent of the total revenue.

Company Update
On 19th May 2024, the Company sold its entire stake held in its Joint Venture: Al-Tamman Indsil Ferro Chromes (FZC) LLC for the consideration of Rs.146.51 Crore as mentioned in the financials.

Key domestic customers of the company are Tata Steel, SAIL, JSW, Jindal, and Essar and the Key International Customers are US Minerals, SINECO, ThyssenKrupp, Posco, and Marubeni.
