However, amid this volatility, companies with strong fundamentals continue to form the foundation of prudent investing, often outperforming short-term price movements. 

Businesses with robust balance sheets and sustainable earnings have historically created long-term wealth, rewarding investors even during periods of market uncertainty and temporary corrections. Listed below are fundamentally strong stocks currently trading near their 52-week lows.

ABB India Ltd

An engineering and technology firm providing industrial automation, robotics, power grids, and electrification solutions to sectors like energy and manufacturing. The company supports energy transmission, process automation, and pollution control equipment. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, ABB India was incorporated in 1949.

In the latest quarter the company saw a YoY revenue growth of 13 percent, going from Rs 2,912 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 3,311 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ went up by 4 percent from Rs 3,175 Cr in Q1FY26. The YoY Net Profits fell by 7 percent, going from Rs 440 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 409 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ grew by 16 percent from Rs 352 Cr in Q1FY26. The company has a 3 year Profit CAGR of 63 percent while the TTM is at 5 percent. The 3 year sales CAGR is at 21 percent, with the TTM being at 12 percent.  With a market cap of Rs. 99,321 Cr the stock is currently traded at Rs 4691 which is only 2 percent higher than its 52 week low of Rs 4590.

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (Powergrid)

India’s largest electric power transmission utility, constructing and maintaining high-voltage networks, load dispatch systems, and telecom infrastructure throughout the country. Based in Gurugram, Haryana, it was incorporated in 1989.

In the latest quarter the company saw a YoY revenue growth of 1.7 percent, going from Rs 11,278 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 11,476 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ went up by 2.5 percent from Rs 11,196 Cr in Q1FY26. The YoY Net Profits fell by 6 percent, going from Rs 3,793 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 3,566 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ fell by 1.7 percent from Rs 3631 Cr in Q1FY26.

The company has a 3 year Profit CAGR of 3 percent. The 3 year sales CAGR is at 3 percent, with the TTM being at 1 percent.  With a market cap of Rs. 2.36 Lakh Cr the stock is currently traded at Rs 254, which is only 2 percent higher than its 52 week low of Rs 247.

SJVN Ltd 

A government-owned power company focused on hydroelectric, solar, and wind power generation, and transmission projects in India and abroad. Based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, it was incorporated in 1988.

In the latest quarter the company saw a YoY revenue growth of 0.5 percent, going from Rs 1026 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 1032 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ went up by 12 percent from Rs 917 Cr in Q1FY26. The YoY Net Profits fell by 30 percent, going from Rs 440 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 308 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ growth stood at 35 percent from Rs 228 Cr in Q1FY26.

The company has a 3 year Profit CAGR of -7 percent while the TTM is at -40 percent. The 3 year sales CAGR is at 8 percent, with the TTM being at 7 percent. With a market cap of Rs. 28,247  Cr the stock is currently traded at Rs 71.88, which is only 4 percent higher than its 52 week low of Rs 69.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd

India’s largest pharmaceutical company, specializing in branded generics, complex formulations, and chronic/acute therapy medicines marketed domestically and globally. Headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company was incorporated in 1993.

In the latest quarter the company saw a YoY revenue growth of 9 percent, going from Rs 13,291 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 14,478 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ went up by 4.5 percent from Rs 13,851 Cr in Q1FY26. The YoY Net Profits growth is at 2.8 percent, going from Rs 3037 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 3125 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ growth stood at 36 percent from Rs 2293 Cr in Q1FY26.

The company has a 3 year Profit CAGR of 20 percent while the TTM is at 3 percent. The 3 year sales CAGR is at 11 percent, with the TTM being at 9 percent. With a market cap of Rs. 3.86 Lakh Cr the stock is currently traded at Rs 1612, which is only 4 percent higher than its 52 week low of Rs 1547.

Adani Enterprises Ltd

The flagship holding company of the Adani Group, incubating and managing resource, infrastructure, logistics, energy, and new business ventures like airports and data centers. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, it was incorporated in 1993.

In the latest quarter the company saw a YoY revenue fall of 6  percent, going from Rs 22,608 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 21,249 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ went down by 3 percent from Rs 21,961 Cr in Q1FY26. The YoY Net Profits growth is at 71 percent, going from Rs 1,989 Cr in Q2FY25 to Rs 3,414 Cr in Q2FY26, while the QoQ growth stood at 249 percent from Rs 976 Cr in Q1FY26.

The company has a 3 year Profit CAGR of 78 percent. The 3 year sales CAGR is at 12 percent.  With a market cap of Rs. 2.3 Lakh Cr, the stock is currently traded at Rs 2056, which is only 4 percent higher than its 52 week low of Rs 1964.

Avenue Supermarts Ltd (DMart)

Operator of the DMart supermarket and hypermarket retail chain offering groceries, home essentials, apparel, and consumer goods across India. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, it was incorporated in 2000.

In the latest quarter the company saw a YoY revenue growth of 13 percent, going from Rs 15,973 Cr in Q3FY25 to Rs 18,101 Cr in Q3FY26, while the QoQ went up by 8 percent from Rs 16,676 Cr in Q2FY26. The YoY Net Profits growth is at 18 percent, going from Rs 724 Cr in Q3FY25 to Rs 856 Cr in Q3FY26, while the QoQ growth stood at 25 percent from Rs 685 Cr in Q2FY26.

The company has a 3 year Profit CAGR of 22 percent while the TTM is at 5 percent. The 3 year sales CAGR is at 24 percent, with the TTM being at 15 percent.  With a market cap of Rs. 2.3 Lakh Cr, the stock is currently traded at Rs 3661,  which is only 9 percent higher than its 52 week low of Rs 3337.
