Synopsis: B L Kashyap has recently received a work order worth Rs. ~364 Crores for the development of a special economic zone, which is expected to be completed in 24 months.
The company is majorly engaged in civil construction and EPC contracting serving across various sectors, which includes both private and public sectors, The stock jumped upto 5 percent after securing a work order of Rs. 364 Crores.
With the market capitalization of Rs. 1,227 Crores, the shares of B L Kashyap has reached an intraday high of Rs. 57.20 per share rising nearly 5 percent from its previous day close of Rs. 54.63.
What is the NEWS:
B.L. Kashyap has received a domestic civil and structural construction order from ESNP Property Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. The work is related to the commercial project “Embassy Splendid Tech Zone Block” located at Pallavaram, Chennai.
The project is planned to be completed in about 24 months and has a total value of ₹364.07 crore under the SEZ category. There is no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding company, and the order is not a related party transaction.

B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd small-cap company is majorly engaged in civil construction and EPC contracting serving across various sectors which includes both private and public sectors. The company’s order book as on 30th september 2025 was Rs. 4087 Crores with successful completion of 250 plus projects across India.
Over 91 percent of the total order book is contributed by the public sector, and the remaining is contributed by the public sector and the company’s order book is majorly contributed by commercial projects and residential projects ,with commercial contributing 47.72 percent and residential contributing 44.77 percent and the remaining is contributed by Infrastructure projects.
Year-on-Year analysis: Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 267.28 Crores to Rs. 355 Crores, up 32 percent. Operating profit has increased from Rs. 20.18 Crores to 20.47 Crores, almost remained the same and Net profit has decreased from Rs. 9.38 Crores to negative 8.62 Crores, down 191 percent
Quarter on Quarter analysis: Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 336 Crores to Rs. 355 Crores, up 5.6 percent. Operating profit has decreased from Rs. 25.95 Crores to Rs. 20.47 Crores, down 21 percent and net profit has decreased from Rs. 10.85 Crores to negative 8.62 Crores.
