During Tuesday’s trading session, the shares of a company engaged in the business of supplying equipment and consultancy services to the industries jumped over 2 percent on BSE, after the company announced the commissioning of 100 KWP Solar Power Project.
Price Movement
With a market capitalisation of Rs. 19 crores, at 10:43 a.m., the shares of SBEC Systems (India) Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 18.15, up by around 2.14 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 17.77. The stock has delivered negative returns of nearly 33.3 percent over a one-year period, as well as around 11.5 percent returns in the last one month.

According to the latest regulatory filings with the stock exchanges, SBEC Systems (India) Limited has announced the successful commissioning and operationalization of its 100 KWp solar power project at M.M. Printers, Modi Steel Compound, Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh, as of March 24, 2025.

17th January: SBEC Systems started the installation work to set up a solar plant with 545 KWp capacity at the Modi Steel Compound in Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
1st March: The company signed a Technical and Services Agreement with SBEC Sugar Limited to provide engineering and consultancy services for designing sugar plants, expanding/modernizing existing sugar plants, and integrating cogeneration facilities.
Financial Performance
SBEC Systems experienced significant growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year rise of around 14.3 percent from Rs. 0.7 crores in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 0.8 crores in Q3 FY25. Similarly, its net profit increased during the same period from Rs. 0.3 crores to Rs. 0.6 crores, indicating a rise of around 100 percent YoY.
