Waaree Energies Limited
Waaree Energies is a leading Indian renewable energy company, specializing in manufacturing and exporting solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. It also provides solar inverters, pumps, streetlights and offers EPC and O&M services. The company plays a key role in India’s clean energy sector with multiple manufacturing facilities and a global footprint.
With a market capitalisation of Rs. 87,854 cr, the shares of Waaree Energies Ltd were trading at Rs. 3,054.30 per share, down by 1.6% from its previous close of Rs. 3,103 per share.
It announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas Inc, has received an international order from a solar power developer (an Independent Power Producer) for the supply of 150 MW of solar modules. This one-time order is scheduled for delivery during 2026–2027.
Techera Engineering India Ltd
TechEra Engineering focuses on precision engineering for the aerospace, defense, and automation sectors. It designs and manufactures high‑precision tooling, aircraft assembly equipment, and ground support systems, emphasizing advanced machining technologies and strict quality standards.
With a market capitalisation of Rs. 372 cr, the shares of Techera Engineering India Ltd were trading at Rs. 225.10 per share, increasing 4% in today’s market session, making a high of Rs. 232.75, up from its previous close of Rs. 224.30 per share.
It has received a commercial order from a private domestic defence entity for the manufacture and supply of precision-engineered components and assemblies. The order, valued at Rs. 2.83 Crore, and it is to be executed over a period of one year.
Chiraharit Ltd
Chiraharit Ltd specializes in water infrastructure solutions, offering turnkey EPC services for irrigation, drinking water, and industrial water projects. Their products include HDPE piping systems, drip and center pivot irrigation, and solar module cleaning solutions, aimed at optimizing water usage. With a market capitalisation of Rs. 43.84 cr, the shares of Chiraharit Ltd were trading at Rs. 8 per share, down by 2% from its previous close of Rs. 8.17 per share.
It has received a purchase order from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited for the supply of materials and rendering of services related to a Water RO Plant (Softener System).
The order involves the supply of pipes and fittings as per the BOQ, to be executed at a project site in Rajasthan, with drawing submissions within one week of the purchase order and delivery to be completed within 45 days from the date of MFC. The total consideration for the order is Rs. 69,15,300.
Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Ltd
Swan Defence and Heavy Industries is an Indian shipbuilding and heavy engineering company. It constructs commercial and defence vessels, offshore platforms, and pressure vessels. The company, headquartered at Pipavav Port in Gujarat, focuses on defence contracts and offshore construction projects.
It has secured a prestigious defence export order from the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to build a state-of-the-art naval training vessel for the Royal Navy of Oman. The 104-metre-long ship, equipped with modern training, accommodation, navigation and helicopter-operation capabilities, is expected to be delivered within 18 months.
