These include companies across healthcare services, consumer durables, IT, paints, and FMCG, highlighting a broader trend of promoter dilution and rising public participation in the equity markets.
Sagility ltd
Sagility India Limited provides healthcare-focused, technology-enabled solutions and services primarily to U.S.-based clients in the payer and provider segments. With the market cap of Rs 24,445 crore, the shares of Sagility Ltd are trading at Rs 52 and are trading at a PE of 30.7, whereas their industry PE is 26.7. Promoter holding declined from 67.38% to 50.95%. This represents a reduction of 16.43 percentage points. The public shareholding has increased accordingly.
Whirlpool ltd
Whirlpool Ltd is a leading global kitchen and laundry appliance manufacturer, and its brand portfolio includes Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Consul, Brastemp, and Amana. The promoter stake was reduced from 40.10% to 30.59%. This is a decline of 9.51 percentage points. Promoter ownership continues to trend lower with every passing quarter.
