Acutaas Chemicals operates in the specialty chemicals segment, focusing on high-value chemical products and solutions. The company has been expanding its presence with improved operational capabilities and a growing customer base, benefiting from strong demand in domestic and global markets. 

Acutaas Chemicals is currently trading at Rs. 2,590, with a market capitalization of Rs. 20,934 crore and stock shows upward movement of 3.40% from its previous close of Rs. 2502. The stock has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 2,705 and a low of Rs. 1,059.  It is trading at a P/E ratio of 73, while the book value stands at Rs. 202. The company offers a dividend yield of 0.06%. Return ratios remain strong with ROCE at 31.6% and ROE at 24%, reflecting efficient capital utilization and strong profitability.

In Q4FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs. 433 crore, marking a strong 40.3% YoY growth compared to Rs. 308 crore in Q4FY25. On a sequential basis, revenue grew by 10.1% from Rs. 393 crore, indicating continued momentum. 

EBITDA stood at Rs. 183 crore, reflecting a sharp 116% YoY growth from Rs. 85 crore, while also increasing 21.8% QoQ. EBITDA margin improved significantly to 42.4% compared to 27.5% YoY and 38.3% in Q3FY26. 

Profit Before Tax came in at Rs. 183 crore, showing strong growth of 121.9% YoY and 27.1% QoQ. Net profit stood at Rs. 132 crore, registering a growth of 110.9% YoY and 26.4% sequentially, indicating strong profitability and operational leverage. 

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, Acutaas Chemicals showed strong improvement across all parameters. Revenue increased from Rs. 393 crore in Q3FY26 to Rs. 433 crore in Q4FY26. Operating profit rose from Rs. 150.7 crore to Rs. 183.5 crore, leading to margin expansion from 38.3% to 42.4%. Profit Before Tax also increased from Rs. 144.7 crore to Rs. 183.8 crore.

Net profit improved significantly from Rs. 108 crore in Q3FY26 to Rs. 131.8 crore in Q4FY26, highlighting strong sequential growth and improving operational efficiency.

Acutaas Chemicals delivered an impressive performance in FY26, driven by strong revenue growth, margin expansion, and sharp improvement in profitability. The company’s ability to scale operations efficiently is reflected in its rising margins and return ratios.
