Puravankara Shares Soar 3% as Arm Secures a Rs 144 Crore Project 

Shares of Puravankara Ltd were trading in the green and 3% higher on 30 April after the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited (SICL), announced securing a Letter of Intent to carry out civil, structural, waterproofing, finishing, and allied works for Nature’s Nest, a residential project in Bengaluru.

NPS Developers awarded the project, which is located in Chinnagenahalli, Doddabanahalli, Karnataka. The contract value is estimated at Rs 144.45 crore (without GST and labour cess). According to the report, the work is expected to be completed in 28 months.

Earlier, on April 13, the real estate developer reported record sales of Rs 7,407 crore for FY26, up 55% YoY and its best-ever annual performance. Q4 collections jumped 36% year on year to Rs 1,213 crore, while FY26 collections increased 15% to Rs 4,258 crore.

The company also announced considerable volume growth, with Q4 sales area more than tripling to 3.01 million sq ft, and FY26 sales area up 28% to 7.25 million sq ft. In FY26, average price realisations increased by 21% YoY to Rs 10,213 per sq ft, indicating stronger product mix and pricing power.

However, at 11:13 am, the shares of Puravankara shed all their early gains and were trading 1.16% lower at Rs 214.50 on NSE.
