Baheti Recycling has a total market capitalization of Rs. 609.05 crore, according to data on the NSE. The stock was listed on the exchanges on December 08, 2022. Baheti Recycling shares were trading at Rs. 583 apiece up 4.39 percent on the National Stock Exchange; the stock has gained around 1.57 percent over the last five sessions, while it has surged about 20.18 percent in the 30 days. On a year-on-year basis it has surged nearly 2.26 percent, reflecting good overall performance. The stock’s 52-week high was Rs. 649.90 and 52-week low was Rs.478.
Baheti Recycling Industries Limited reported a strong set of results for the half-year ended March 31, 2026, reflecting significant growth in both revenue and profitability.
The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 409.72 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs. 315.13 crore in the previous half-year (Sep 2025), registering a strong 30 percent sequential growth. On a year-on-year basis, revenue increased from Rs. 143.12 crore, indicating robust business expansion.

Despite higher costs, profitability improved significantly. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 24.53 crore, compared to Rs. 11.97 crore in the previous half-year up by 105 percent and Rs. 14.63 crore in the same period last year, reflecting strong margin expansion.
At the bottom line level, net profit (PAT) came in at Rs. 17.79 crore, compared to Rs. 9.27 crore in the previous half-year, marking a sharp sequential growth of nearly 92 percent. On a YoY basis, profit also increased from Rs. 10.99 crore, indicating sustained earnings growth.
Earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs. 17.14, compared to Rs. 8.94 in the previous half-year and Rs. 10.60 in the same period last year, highlighting strong value creation for shareholders.
For the full financial year FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 724.86 crore, compared to Rs. 524.31 crore in FY25, registering a strong growth of around 38%.
Profitability also improved on an annual basis. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 36.52 crore, compared to Rs. 24.12 crore in FY25, reflecting improved operational performance.
Net profit for FY26 came in at Rs. 27.06 crore, compared to Rs. 18.01 crore in the previous year up by 50 percent, indicating strong growth driven by higher revenue and better cost absorption.
The company’s reserves increased to Rs. 80.38 crore, compared to Rs. 48.75 crore in FY25 by 64.88 percent, strengthening its balance sheet. Baheti Recycling Industries continues to benefit from strong demand in the recycling and metal segment, supported by efficient operations and improved scale.
Currently, Baheti Recycling Industries is focused on scaling its operations, improving processing efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
