Brigade Enterprises Jumps 10% on Bengaluru Project Launch

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Ltd rallied 10% to hit a day’s high of Rs 752.95 on 27th March. This came after the company announced the launch of Brigade Lumina, a residential project in northwest Bengaluru. The project has an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 700 crore. The 4.11-acre joint development is located on Tumkur Main Road. This is a fast-developing corridor with improving metro connectivity.

The project offers 2- and 3-BHK homes ranging from 1,100 to 1,800 sq ft. These homes feature spacious layouts, natural light, and large decks.

Brigade Lumina is designed as a net-zero carbon project, with renewable energy, water management, and zero-waste systems.

Managing Director Pavitra Shankar said it reflects the company’s push for future-ready housing. It also meets the rising demand for premium homes in northwest Bengaluru. She added that metro connectivity is a key factor driving demand in this area.

The project is a short walk from Manjunathanagara Metro Station (Green Line), improving access to offices, schools, and hospitals.

It will include a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse, along with sports courts, a swimming pool, and recreational spaces.

At 12:20 PM, shares of Brigade Enterprises were trading 5.61% higher at Rs 708.50 on the NSE.
