Enviro Infra Secures Rs 207 Crore EPC Contact

Delhi-based water and wastewater management company Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd announced that its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Ltd (SUL), has secured a new engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract valued at Rs 207.47 crore, excluding GST.

The order was awarded on 27 May 2026, by CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Ltd for a hybrid renewable energy project integrating both wind and solar power infrastructure. Under the agreement, SUL will undertake land aggregation and development activities along with a comprehensive balance of plant (BoP) works.

The project scope includes civil and electrical construction, crane deployment for wind-operated equipment generator (WOEG) installation, logistics and storage handling, inter-carting services, solar infrastructure development, testing and commissioning, evacuation systems, and final project handover.

The company will also manage right-of-way approvals and other enabling activities required for smooth execution. The project is scheduled for completion by 30 June 2027.

The latest order further strengthens Enviro Infra Engineers’ growing EPC portfolio in the infrastructure and renewable energy segments. Over the past six months, the company has consistently expanded its order book through large-scale public utility projects.

In April 2026, Enviro Infra Engineers secured two major EPC contracts worth nearly Rs 972 crore. One of the projects, valued at Rs 587.2 crore, involves developing sewer networks across 306 urban local bodies in Maharashtra under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0 initiative. The second contract, worth Rs 384.98 crore, also carries a 24-month execution timeline.

The company clarified through its regulatory filing that neither the promoters nor group companies have any financial interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party deal.

Following the announcement, shares of Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd settled at Rs 206.50 on the BSE, marginally lower by 0.46% on 27 May 2026.
