Godrej Properties Shares Jump 3% After Record Q4 Profit; ₹10 Dividend Announcement

Synopsis: Godrej Properties delivered a record-breaking performance in Q4 FY26 with strong growth in bookings, collections, and profitability. The company also recommended a dividend, while robust operational metrics and strong demand in real estate supported a positive movement in its stock.

Godrej Properties Ltd., one of India’s leading real estate developers, continues to strengthen its position through strong execution and aggressive business development. The company has consistently delivered growth across key metrics such as bookings, collections, and cash flows.

On 4th May 2026, Godrej Properties was trading at Rs. 1,883.20, gaining Rs. 48 or 2.62% during the day compared to the previous close of Rs. 1,835. The stock has also risen over 31% from its 52-week low, indicating strong investor confidence. The company recommended a dividend of Rs. 10 per share (200%), further supporting positive sentiment.

Godrej Properties reported an exceptional quarter with net profit rising 70% YoY to Rs. 650 crore, marking its highest-ever quarterly profit. For the full year FY26, the company delivered a record net profit of Rs. 1,850 crore, up 32% YoY.

Operational performance remained strong, with booking value reaching Rs. 10,163 crore in Q4, reflecting a 21% QoQ growth and matching its previous best quarter. Collections also stood strong at Rs. 7,947 crore, registering a 14% YoY growth and an impressive 86% QoQ growth.

The company reported operating cash flow of Rs. 4,631 crore in Q4, growing 14% YoY and 336% QoQ, highlighting strong cash generation. Additionally, Godrej Properties added Rs. 42,100 crore of future sales potential through new project additions during the year.

Compared to Q3 FY26, Godrej Properties saw a significant improvement in performance in Q4. While Q3 revenue stood at around Rs. 1,950 crore, Q4 witnessed a shift towards stronger profitability and operational metrics rather than just revenue growth.

Net profit surged sharply in Q4 to Rs. 650 crore, compared to Rs. 405 crore in Q3, indicating strong earnings acceleration. Similarly, collections and cash flows saw a massive jump in Q4, reflecting better execution and higher project completions.

In addition to its strong operational performance, Godrej Properties also rewarded shareholders by announcing a dividend for FY26. The company’s board recommended a dividend of Rs.  10 per equity share, which represents 200% of the face value of Rs.  5 per share. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Godrej Properties has delivered a standout performance in Q4 FY26, driven by strong demand, execution, and cash flow generation. The company’s ability to scale bookings, improve collections, and generate strong cash flows highlights its leadership position in the real estate sector. The recommended dividend further adds to investor confidence, while a strong pipeline of projects supports future growth visibility.
