Innovision Bags ₹9.23 Cr NHAI Toll Collection Contract in Andhra Pradesh

Synopsis: Innovision Limited has secured a one-year toll collection and facility maintenance contract worth approximately Rs. 9.23 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the Vaddupalli fee plaza in Andhra Pradesh. The order strengthens the company’s recurring revenue stream and reinforces its presence in the highway operations and toll management segment.

Shares of Innovision Limited are likely to remain in focus after the company announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll collection and maintenance services at the Vaddupalli fee plaza in Andhra Pradesh.

Innovision Limited has a total market capitalization of approximately Rs. 686.42 crore. The company’s shares were trading at Rs. 288.25 apiece on the stock exchange. The stock has gained 1.23 percent over the last five trading sessions, while it has declined 1.94 percent over the last month. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs. 470 and a 52-week low of Rs. 280.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the contract involves the engagement of Innovision Limited as the user fee collection agency for the Vaddupalli fee plaza on the Anantapur–Kalyandurg section of the highway in Andhra Pradesh. Besides toll collection, the scope of work also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including replenishment of consumable items. The contract has been awarded through a competitive e-tender process by NHAI and carries a value of approximately Rs. 9.23 crore. The contract will be executed for a period of one year, commencing from August 24, 2026. The company also clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any promoter interest or related-party transactions.

The latest contract strengthens Innovision’s position in the highway operations and infrastructure services segment while adding to its recurring revenue base. Toll collection contracts generally provide predictable cash flows through fixed contractual arrangements, while facility management services complement operational efficiency and improve service quality at highway infrastructure assets. Successful execution of such projects also enhances the company’s credentials for participating in future NHAI and state highway tenders.

India continues to invest significantly in highway development under initiatives such as the Bharatmala Pariyojana, expansion of the National Highway network, and increasing adoption of electronic toll collection through the FASTag ecosystem. As new highways become operational and existing road infrastructure expands, demand for professional toll management, facility maintenance, and operational support services is expected to remain strong, creating long-term opportunities for specialized service providers.

For investors, the Rs. 9.23 crore order improves Innovision Limited’s revenue visibility over the next year while reinforcing its expertise in toll plaza operations and infrastructure management. Continued success in securing similar contracts from NHAI and other government agencies could support business growth, improve operational scale, and strengthen the company’s presence in India’s transportation infrastructure ecosystem.

Incorporated in 2007, Innovision Limited provides manpower services, toll plaza management, and skill development training across India. The company offers integrated operational solutions for infrastructure projects, government agencies, and corporate clients, with expertise in toll operations, facility management, staffing, and vocational training.
