ITC Hotels Reports 77% QoQ Growth in Net Profit; Check Its Hotel Portfolio

Synopsis: ITC Hotels Limited reports 46.60% QoQ revenue growth and a 77.68% QoQ net profit surge in Q3 FY26 results.

This Hospitality Stock, engaged in operating luxury and premium hospitality chains across India, managing brands like ITC Hotels, Welcomhotel, Fortune, and WelcomHeritage for diverse travelers, is in focus after the company reported December quarterly results with a 77.68 percent QoQ increase in net profit.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 37,501.78 crores, the share of ITC Hotels Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs.186.70 per equity share, rising nearly 0.81 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 185.20. Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs.178.50 per equity share. 

Q3 FY26 Result

Coming into the quarterly results of ITC Hotels Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 21.20 percent YOY, from Rs. 1,015.40 crore in Q3 FY25 to Rs. 1,230.68 crore in Q3 FY26, and grew by 46.60 percent QoQ from Rs. 839.48 crore in Q2 FY26.

ITC Hotels Limited generated 92.31 percent of its revenue from the Hotels Segment, 6.64 percent from the Real Estate Segment, and 1.05 percent from the other segment in Q3 FY26.

In Q3 FY26, ITC Hotels Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 9.64 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 236.83 crore compared to Rs. 216 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q2 FY26, the net profit has increased by 77.68 percent, from Rs. 133.29 crore. The basic earnings per share increased by 76.56 percent and stood at Rs. 1.13 as against Rs. 0.64 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year, FY2025.

In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 9.63 percent and 6.66 percent, respectively. ITC Hotels Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 3.05, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.01x.

Hotel Portfolio

ITC Hotels is steadily expanding its hotel footprint across India. Currently, the company operates more than 145 hotels with around 13,600 rooms, with 41 percent owned and 59 percent managed, allowing it to grow efficiently with lower capital requirements. 

Looking ahead, ITC Hotels plans to scale up to 220 hotels and 20,000 rooms by 2030. The future expansion will focus more on an asset-light strategy, with the managed hotel mix increasing to 67 percent and owned hotels reducing to 33 percent.
