On a sequential basis, M & B Engineering reported stable growth during Q4 FY26. Revenue from operations increased from Rs. 351.5 crore in Q3 FY26 to Rs. 363.7 crore in Q4 FY26. Profit before tax also improved from Rs. 34.6 crore in Q3 FY26 to Rs. 35.8 crore in Q4 FY26.
Net profit increased from Rs. 25.5 crore to Rs. 27 crore during the same period, reflecting improving operational momentum. The company’s stable profitability highlights healthy execution capability and consistent demand across its engineering projects.
Along with its Q4 FY26 results, M & B Engineering Ltd announced a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share for FY26. The company recommended a final dividend of 10% on the face value of Rs. 10 per share, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
