Synopsis: The Quant Small Cap Fund in November 2025 increased stakes in stocks like NBCC and Pfizer and others, while reducing holdings in Bata India and Oriental Hotels and one other, and added four new stocks.
The Quant Small Cap Fund is an Indian equity mutual fund from Quant Mutual Fund, focused on long-term growth by primarily investing in small-sized companies with high growth potential. As of December 8, 2025, it has assets under management (AUM) of Rs. 30,169.71 crore.
The expense ratio of the fund is 1.59 percent for the Regular plan as of December 02, 2025, and the fund has an exit load of 1 percent for units redeemed within 365 days. It is currently trading at an NAV of 249.69 as of December 10, 2025.
In November, the Quant Small Cap Fund, the largest fund managed by Quant Mutual Fund, increased its holdings. NBCC, Pfizer, and other stocks, while reducing its positions in three stocks during the same period.
Stocks in which they have increased their stake
Apart from NBCC and Pfizer, the fund house also raised its stake in Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands, Alivus Life Sciences, BASF India, Bayer Cropscience, Digitide Solutions, HFCL, Ethos, NCC, Poly Medicure, SUN TV Network, and Ventive Hospitality.
Stocks in which they have decreased their stake
The small-cap fund reduced its positions in three stocks: Bata India, India Shelter Finance Corporation, and Oriental Hotels. In November, it offloaded approximately 6.42 lakh shares of Oriental Hotels, lowering its holdings to 26.27 lakh shares from 32.70 lakh in October. Additionally, the fund sold 2.38 lakh shares of Bata India and 2 lakh shares of India Shelter Finance Corporation.
New stocks which were added to the portfolio
The four new stocks have been added to the portfolio, including Black Box, Graphite India, IRB Infrastructure Developers, and Sumitomo Chemical India. The small-cap fund acquired 3.36 crore shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers, 17.83 lakh shares of Black Box, 4.54 lakh shares of Graphite India, and 2.01 lakh shares of Sumitomo Chemical India.
Stocks that were exited from their portfolio
A complete exit was made from four stocks, including Anupam Rasayan India, Delhivery, Indraprastha Medical Corporation, and One Source Specialty Pharma. In November, approximately 33.28 lakh shares of Delhivery were sold from the portfolio, followed by 7.21 lakh shares of Indraprastha Medical Corporation, 4.37 lakh shares of Anupam Rasayan India, and 16,480 shares of One Source Specialty Pharma.
Consistent Exposure to Key Stocks
The Quant Small Cap Fund’s exposure to 71 stocks remained steady, including major holdings such as Aarti Industries, Adani Enterprises, Adani Power, Anthem Biosciences, Bikaji Foods International, Castrol India, Gland Pharma, Indoco Remedies, Jio Financial Services, Juniper Hotels, ONGC, Welspun Corporation, Zydus Wellness, RBL Bank, RIL, Sula Vineyards and others and in November the fund held 93 stocks, unchanged from October.
