Details about rapid commissioning
- Early April Commissioning Momentum: ACME Solar Holdings accelerated its battery energy storage expansion in the first week of April 2026 by commissioning multiple phases of its Rajasthan projects. The company commissioned 33.333 MW / 160.48 MWh phase-IV at Badi Sid, Jodhpur with COD on April 3, 2026, followed by 33.334 MW / 160.48 MWh phase-V at the same location on April 6 with COD on April 8, 2026, showing steady and consistent execution of its energy storage pipeline.
- Badi Sid Project Progress: With the latest commissioning, the Badi Sid Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project has reached 166.670 MW / 802.460 MWh out of the planned 300 MW / 1409.34 MWh, indicating strong progress toward full project completion. The phased commissioning approach ensures gradual capacity addition while maintaining operational stability and improving revenue visibility as each phase becomes commercially operational.
- Pokhran Project Nearing Completion: At the same time, the company’s subsidiary ACME Suryodaya commissioned 76 MW / 160.512 MWh phase-V at Pokhran, Jaisalmer on April 6 with COD on April 8, 2026, taking the total commissioned capacity to 247 MW / 521.652 MWh out of 285 MW / 601.904 MWh. This suggests the project is nearing completion and could soon contribute fully to operational output and cash flows.
- Growth Outlook and Strategic Focus: With around 142.7 MW commissioned within a single week, the company is steadily scaling its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio in Rajasthan. The continued commissioning of large-scale storage projects strengthens operational capacity, improves execution visibility, and supports long-term growth as demand for renewable integration, grid stability, and energy storage solutions continues to rise in India.
