The shares of the prominent tyer manufacturer gained up to 5 percent in today’s trading session from an intraday high after the company reported robust Q3FY26 earnings.
With a market capitalization of Rs 15,628.73 crore, the shares of JK Tyre & Industries Ltd were trading at Rs 569.15 per share, increasing around 5 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 542.40 apiece.
Q3FY26 Highlights
The shares of JK Tyre & Industries Ltd have seen significant movement after announcing its financial performance in Q3FY26, in which revenue increased by 15 percent on a year-on-year basis from Rs 3,674 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs 4,223 crore in Q3FY26. However, on a Quarter-on-Quarter basis, revenue increased by 5 percent from Rs 4,011 crore in Q2FY26 to Rs 4,223 crore in Q3FY26.
Moreover, net profit increased by 292 percent on a yearly basis from Rs 53 crore in Q3FY25 to Rs 208 crore in Q3FY26, meanwhile, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, net profit decreased by 8.3 percent from Rs 227 crore in Q2FY26 to Rs 208 crore in Q3FY26.
The revenue mix by market shows stability across periods. Replacement sales dominate at 63–64%, indicating strong aftermarket demand and steady cash flows. OEM contributes 22–23%, while exports remain consistent at 14%. The balanced presence across segments highlights resilience, though a higher export share could further diversify revenue and reduce domestic dependence.
Product-wise, Truck & Bus leads with 52%, reflecting strength in the commercial vehicle segment. Passenger Line Radial contributes 31%, offering healthy diversification, while 2/3W and Others add smaller shares.
