Latent View Analytics Shares Skyrocket 20% on Deal with Healtheon AI 

Shares of Latent View Analytics, a data analytics and AI consultancy firm, hit a 20% upper circuit to an intraday high of Rs 313.40 on 2 April after the company announced its plans to invest $3 million in Healtheon AI Inc, a Delaware entity.

In an exchange filing on Thursday, Latent View Analytics disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary had executed Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) notes to make a $3 million strategic investment in Healtheon AI Inc, a Delaware entity. Healtheon focuses on the Agentic-AI framework for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for healthcare providers in the United States of America. 
 
With this investment, the company hopes to gain a cornerstone position in a high-moat, AI-agentic framework aimed at the Revenue Cycle Management market.

Latent View Analytics offers a variety of solutions, including consultancy, business intelligence and insights, data modernisation, and advanced analytics and AI. Customer analytics, supply chain analytics, marketing analytics, finance and risk analytics, HR analytics, and global delivery of data analytics solutions are all part of the analytics offering. 

With worldwide delivery facilities in Bengaluru and Chennai, the company operates in four regions: the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

At 3:30 pm, the shares of Latent View Analytics closed 19.98% higher at Rs 313.40 on NSE.
