PTC Industries Bags BrahMos Order, Hits Day High

PTC Industries shares hit a day high of Rs 18,096 on the NSE on 17 July 2026 after bagging a strategic missile sub-system order from BrahMos.

PTC Industries said in an exchange filing that the order covers the development, integration and supply of a mission-critical missile sub-system for the BrahMos programme. The company did not disclose the value of the order.

What makes this order stand out is the shift it represents. Until now, PTC Industries has mainly supplied raw castings and precision components to defence manufacturers.

This order moves the company into a higher-value part of the business, where it builds and integrates full systems rather than just parts.

The assembly involved needs to work reliably under extreme heat, pressure and structural stress, the kind of conditions found in supersonic flight.

Sachin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of PTC Industries, called it ‘a defining milestone’ for the company’s journey.

He said the order builds on years of work under the company’s integrated manufacturing platform and opens a new stage of growth.

This is not the first time PTC Industries has worked with BrahMos Aerospace. Back in August 2025, the company had secured an order worth around Rs 110 crore from BrahMos for titanium castings.

That earlier deal focused on materials and components, while this latest order pushes the relationship into full systems work. The company has also been on a strong financial run.

In Q4 FY26, consolidated net profit jumped 143.83% to Rs 59.91 crore, while revenue rose 84.95% year on year to Rs 225.47 crore.

Margins improved sharply too, with EBITDA margin expanding to over 32% from under 24% a year earlier. Despite today’s early rally, the stock has cooled off through the session.

As of 15:09 pm, PTC Industries shares were trading at Rs 17,939.00 on the NSE, up 2.20% from the previous close of Rs 17,553.00. The stock remains around 10% below its 52 week high of Rs 19,851.00.
