Trent Shares Rally 6% as Q4 Revenue Jumps 20%, Zudio Adds 109 New Stores

Trent Ltd shares were up by 5.81% on 6 April, after the Tata Group fashion retailer reported its Q4FY26 business update. Fastest revenue growth of the fiscal year, too.

Standalone Q4FY26 revenue came in at Rs 4,937 crore, well above the Rs 4,106 crore logged a year ago. Trent closed FY26 with Rs 19,701 crore in total revenue, 18% more than FY25.

Merchandise sales grew 21% in Q4 and 19% over the full year ended March 2026, both figures excluding other operating income.

In an exchange filing, the Tata Group arm said figures remain subject to audit by statutory auditors.

Store additions powered the headline numbers. Zudio opened 109 new outlets in Q4 alone and 198 across FY26. Westside added 22 stores in the quarter and 52 for the full year. As of 31 March, the total network stood at 1,286 stores, split across 300 Westside, 963 Zudio including 6 in the UAE, and 23 other lifestyle formats. Smaller cities are next on the radar, with the firm targeting demand well outside the main metro markets.

At 11:25 am on NSE, shares were changing hands at Rs 3,757.00, up by 5.81%, even as the Nifty50 fell 0.61%. Trent is still down roughly 16% in 2026, with a 52-week range of Rs 3,275.50 to Rs 6,261.
