Urban Company Shares Soar 6% on Hitting 1 Million Monthly Bookings 

Shares of Urban Company Ltd surged 5.4% on 30 March after the company announced that its quick-service housekeeping vertical, InstaHelp, exceeded 1 million monthly delivered bookings in March.
 
According to the filing, the one million milestone comes just after InstaHelp recorded over 50,000 daily orders in February, making it Urban Company’s fastest-growing business unit in history.

InstaHelp, which is currently functioning in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Pune, has witnessed great uptake. Under this vertical, the company provides consumers with high-quality housekeeping services such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and food preparation, all within 10-15 minutes of booking.

“InstaHelp’s trajectory is a testament to the trust our consumers place in the platform for their most immediate, everyday needs,” said Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO & Co-founder, Urban Company.

At 2:14 pm, the shares of Urban Company were trading 4.90% higher at Rs 120.17 on NSE.
