Blue Cloud Softech Jumps 20% on SpaceX AI Collaboration Talks

Shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd hit their upper circuit on 22 June, touching a day high of Rs 21.67, after the company revealed it is in early talks with SpaceX International Ltd to explore possible opportunities in artificial intelligence.

In a filing to the exchanges, Blue Cloud Softech disclosed that it and SpaceX International have set up a basic framework to share information and assess whether any real collaboration in AI technology makes sense.

The company said this fits its focus on digital infrastructure, cloud computing and digital transformation.

No deal has been signed. The talks are exploratory and non-binding, meaning neither side is obligated to do anything at this stage.

Any future arrangement, if it happens at all, would need due diligence, regulatory clearances and formal agreements before it becomes real.

On the financials, the company’s latest quarterly results show revenue of Rs 139.58 crore for the March 2026 quarter, compared to Rs 175.40 crore in December 2025. Net profit came in at Rs 5.41 crore for the quarter.

This is not the first time Blue Cloud has flagged a big move. Earlier this year, the company approved the acquisition of US-based Global Impx Inc., an energy and digital infrastructure platform, in an all-share deal valued at Rs 372.81 crore.

That transaction included plans for a 196.7-acre data centre campus in Odisha, with capacity to be developed in phases from 5 MW to 100 MW. The SpaceX talks sit in the same direction.

At 10:25 am, the stock was up by 17.22% at Rs 21.17 on BSE, well below it’s 52-week high of Rs 38.
