Data Center Stock Jumps 5% Following Strategic Collaboration to Enhance AI Infrastructure

The shares of the prominent real estate company rose by up to 5 percent in today’s trading session after the company entered into a strategic collaboration to enhance its AI infrastructure.

With a market capitalization of Rs 20,369.03 crore, the shares of Anant Raj Ltd were trading at Rs 566.00 per share, increasing around 4 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 546.15 apiece.

Collaboration

The shares of  Anant Raj have seen positive movement after announcing a strategic collaboration with Submer cloud have partnered to build sovereign, AI-ready datacenters across India. The collaboration combines advanced liquid-cooling technology with local infrastructure to deliver scalable, energy-efficient computing platforms. This move strengthens India’s digital ecosystem, supports enterprise AI workloads, and aligns with data sovereignty requirements under a unified deployment model.

Patrick Smets, CEO of Submer, said: “India is at a pivotal moment in its digital transformation. By combining Submer’s modular datacenter infrastructure, liquid cooling technologies, and prefabricated MEP systems with Anant Raj’s existing Data Centre Infrastructure & Cloud Services and campus development capabilities, we bring high-performance AI compute online fast while significantly reducing environmental impact.” 

Financials

While looking into the financial performance, the revenues increased by 20 percent from Rs 535 crores in Q3FY25 to Rs 642 crores in Q3FY26. Moreover, in the same period, the net profit also grew by 31 percent from Rs 110 crores to Rs 144 crores.

Over the past year, Anant Raj Ltd has shown steady improvement in operating performance. Operating profit increased from  Rs 134 crore in Dec 2024 to  Rs 170 crore in Dec 2025. OPM remained healthy, largely in the 25–27% range, peaking at 27% in September 2025, indicating stable margins and improved execution efficiency.

In 9M FY26, the real estate segment showed strong execution momentum with multiple project milestones. Phase IV of The Estate is progressing well, while Phase V approvals are expected soon. Deliveries at Ashok Estate are nearing completion, and new developments, including a community center and commercial tower, highlight continued expansion in Gurugram’s premium residential market.

The Data Center & Cloud Services segment is scaling up rapidly. The Panchkula facility expanded capacity to 21 MW, while new projects at Rai, Sonipat, and Andhra Pradesh signal aggressive growth. With planned capacity reaching 357 MW and significant capital investment, the company is positioning itself as a serious player in India’s digital infrastructure space.

Anant Raj Limited is a diversified real estate developer with a strong presence in Delhi-NCR. The company develops residential, commercial, and IT park projects, while also expanding into data center and cloud infrastructure.
