SYNOPSIS: Prizor Viztech signed an MoU with IndieSemic to validate and exclusively distribute a new Make-in-India CCTV chipset, committing to large-scale annual procurement and strengthening India’s push for indigenous surveillance technology.
During Friday’s trading session, shares of a company that specialises in security and surveillance solutions, offering a comprehensive range of CCTV cameras, hit a 10 percent upper circuit on NSE, after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an India-based semiconductor design and technology company.
With a market cap of Rs. 305.07 crores, shares of Prizor Viztech Limited hit a 10 percent upper circuit at Rs. 285.35 on NSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 259.45. Additionally, the stock is currently trading at a discount of more than 21 percent from its 52-week high of Rs. 362.

According to the latest disclosures filed with the NSE, Prizor Viztech Limited has announced the signing of an MoU with IndieSemiC Private Limited for a strategic partnership centred on the new ISC-S2-PZ, a CCTV-specific System-on-Chip developed by IndieSemiC. Under the agreement, Prizor will oversee validation and field-testing of the ISC-S2-PZ design and subsequently leverage its global supply and manufacturing network to commercialise this Make-in-India chipset.
As part of the collaboration, IndieSemic will supply ISC-S2-PZ, a specialised SoC built on the VEGA processor architecture, while Prizor secures strategic commercial deployment rights across its product range. Notably, the MoU grants Prizor exclusive rights to procure, use, and distribute the chipset in India and overseas for a period of three years following successful validation. Prizor has also committed to purchasing 50 lakh units annually for at least three years, highlighting the scale and long-term nature of the partnership.

Prizor Viztech reported a significant growth in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year increase of more than 35 percent, from Rs. 31 crores in H1 FY25 to Rs. 42 crores in H1 FY26. Likewise, the company’s net profit increased during the same period from Rs. 4 crores to Rs. 6 crores, representing a rise of nearly 50 percent YoY.
Prizor Viztech Limited is engaged in the business of providing security and surveillance solutions by offering a comprehensive range of CCTV cameras and interactive touch panels, which serve different verticals like retail, government, educational and infrastructure, among others.
