Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd is currently trading at Rs 1,795 with a positive circuit of above 6 percent. By using AI-supported workflows and expert coders, IKS Health improved coding accuracy, identified missed billable services, reduced claim denials, and accelerated collections.

The partnership also reduced overall claim denial rates by 36 percent, increased monthly collections by USD 1.6 million to USD 14.3 million, improved coding accuracy to over 96 percent, and shortened accounts receivable timelines by 1.3 days, demonstrating meaningful operational and financial improvements. These operational improvements generated an estimated USD 12 million annual cash impact while allowing clinicians to spend more time on patient care instead of administrative work.

IKS Health is a technology-driven healthcare platform providing clinical support, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and value-based care solutions to hospitals and physicians, with over 90 percent of its revenue generated from the US. The Axia Women’s Health case study reinforces its strategy of improving healthcare operations through AI-enabled workflows and demonstrates its ability to deepen customer relationships by expanding coding coverage from 60 percent to 100 percent. 

The company further strengthened its US presence through the acquisition of TruBridge’s RCM business, while rising reserves, higher investment in technology assets, and record operating cash flow and FCFF reflect improving financial strength, highlighting strong cash generation to support future growth.

Financials

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 858 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 724 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a strong 18.5 percent YoY growth. Operating profit increased from Rs 226 crore to Rs 295 crore, while operating margin expanded from 31 percent to 34 percent, reflecting improved operating efficiency.

Net profit rose from Rs 148 crore in Q4 FY25 to Rs 206 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a robust 39.2 percent year-on-year growth. Earnings per share (EPS) also increased from Rs 8.61 to Rs 12.00, reflecting stronger earnings attributable to shareholders.

In terms of profitability, the company reported a ROCE of 36.9 percent and ROE of 40.3 percent, highlighting efficient capital allocation and strong shareholder returns. The debt-to-equity ratio stood at 0.34x, indicating a comfortable leverage position. Over the longer term, the company delivered a 3-year sales CAGR of 46 percent and 3-year profit CAGR of 30 percent.
